Answers for Frequently Asked Inquiries

General Questions

What days and hours can I book one of the pickleball courts?

You must be a member of the Taylorosa Pickleball Club to reserved a court. You can reserve a court  for a maximum of 2 hours from 8:00 a.m. through 8:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday and from 1:00 p.m. through 8:00 p.m on Sundays. First come first serve with sign ups.

What do I need to bring to the court?

We have limited pickleball paddles and balls for our guests to use if they don’t already have them.

You can either bring your own water bottle or use the water we provide

We usually like to play longer than 2 hours. Can we book longer?
We set up our bookings in 2 hour increments so it gives everyone a chance to play. However, if there is no one playing after your time is up or another court is open, you are more than welcome to continue playing as long as you desire.
Where should I park?
There is a concrete parking on the west side of our house. There is pull in parking for large vehicles next to the indoor court and “angled parking” down the driveway.
Are there restroom facilities?
Yes, there is a restroom (called the Outhouse) just outside the outdoor pickleball courts. Please help us keep this facility clean!
Can I sweep the court if there is debris on it?
Sure! There is a brook right on the outside of the Pavilion.
Can we use the swimming pool?
The pool is off limits. Also, please don’t let any of your “little ones” venture over to the pool.
